1.    On your, Mac Click on  Finder Then Go to Library Folder.
2.    To access the Library Folder Open Finder then Find the GO and type ~/Library

3. Then, Go To  Application Support And then Adobe And then AdobeGCCClient.
4.   Delete that AdobeGCCClient folder.

                        RELEASE STRESS FROM STUDY

By far, one of the most common objections associated with school and course work is how traumatic the actual classes and homework can be. Everyday stresses and prospects are put on to you by your teachers. There are some easy things you can do to help relieve some of this stress:

                                                                 
1. Schedule Your Time: 

Many students don't have any plan for what they are doing. They always think they will do their school work later and give more priority to their other kinds of stuff.  They put school work as the last. Since they keep it for the last minute, it creates a lot of unnecessary stress instead of feeling relief. At the last moment, it hit into their heads and give them too much stress. So the first thing is you have to finish your school work before everything and don't keep it for the last minute. You don't know what is happening after a while. Every day keep some hours at least one hour to think about your assignments or homework, you’ll feel better.    

2. Reduce Cramming :

Every student has a major problem, crams on the test. It is really bad for a student and good for getting a bad grade. Always keep confidence in your self. What you are studying keep 100% concentrate on that. Trust me you don't have to study the whole day but you will get a better grade. Read the chapter and mostly read the syllabus and make a routine of all major test and assignments submission date.  

3. Keep Your Body Fit & Healthy :


Health is very important for a student. if you don't keep yourself fit you can't keep your track. Make a  daily routine. change it a little bit every month. if you keep the same routine every day you will get bored. Think about what you’re eating. Junk food is our favorite but too much nothing is good for health. Go to the gym. I know you’re student, you don't have much to get a gym membership. Find an alternative way. Go to your apartment gym, go to your school gym or walk. You have no idea how much relief you will get from this. Don't wait for tomorrow start today.   
4. Find Friends & Classmates to Share With :

It's really hard to get a friend from University nowadays. Peoples thinking so different. But the worst part is we don't talk, we don't ask for help. Don't think what she/he will think if you talk. It's for your benefits. Maybe you will be refused with 10 people but you don't know the 11 number is your best partner. Keep confidence in you. Talk, share your problem, ask their problem. Trust me this the best medicine. 


After all of this, my best suggestion is to talk to your family. Keep your phone outside of the dinner table. Ask them you’re changing or doing better. because you don't know your mind is changing slowly because of this stress. And Lastly, Do what your mind is saying with the use your sense.
